I am a lifelong resident of the Portland area, an active REALTOR since 1986, and Diamond-Platinum member of the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS Million Dollar Club.
New Construction Specialist: I have worked extensively with Builders, Developers, and Home Buyers marketing new construction and subdivisions, either spec homes, pre-sales, lots, or custom homes.
Re-Sale Homes: While most of the properties I have sold are single family residences in established neighborhoods or new subdivisions, unique pre-owned homes are some of my favorites: aged, distressed, rural, historic, cosmetically challenged, or just unusual.
Restorations/Remodels: My husband and I recently completed our 8th major restoration/remodel since 1996 and did most all the work ourselves. That first hand experience has proven invaluable in helping buyers and sellers know what repairs or improvements are the most cost effective, how long it takes, what costs might be, and where to go for professional services.
Eastside, Westside: I grew up in Lake Oswego, raised 3 sons in the West Linn area, and moved to a wonderful older home in Northeast Portland for several years. We recently moved to a log home on acreage in Beavercreek.
